Last updated: October 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sentinel Connector platform (the "Service"), a platform for monitoring Drupal sites for security issues, module updates, and related operational signals. The Service is operated by TrueCMS Pty. Ltd. (ABN 63 133 456 005), PO Box 8007, Carrum Downs VIC 3201, Australia. In these Terms, "Sentinel Connector", "we" and "us" mean that company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: (a) attempting to access data or systems without authorization; (b) probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network other than your own monitored sites; (c) interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) using the Service to store or transmit malicious code; (e) violating applicable laws or third-party rights; or (f) attempting to circumvent usage limits or security features.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of data you submit to or collect through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Sentinel Connector a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to Customer Data and that your submission and use of it with the Service complies with applicable laws.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party products (e.g., Slack, email providers, hosting, and analytics). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. Sentinel Connector is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their content or availability.

5. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify features, introduce new functionality, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. We strive for high availability, but the Service may be unavailable due to planned maintenance or unplanned outages. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes that adversely affect your use of the Service.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Beta Features

From time to time, we may offer features labeled as alpha, beta, preview, or early-access. Such features are provided for evaluation and may be changed or discontinued at any time. They are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind and may be subject to additional terms.

8. Fees and Taxes

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases, excluding our income taxes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access or use the Service will cease, except as required by law. We will retain Customer Data only as necessary for legal, audit, and compliance purposes or as permitted by our policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Sentinel Connector or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You confirm that you own your User Content or have the rights needed to use it and to grant this licence, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

We may remove or disable User Content that we reasonably believe infringes someone's rights or breaks these Terms. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement as described on our Copyright page. We may suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly add infringing material.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
