Open Audit log. My account shows your own recorded account actions. Actions recorded for an organisation appear in that organisation's scope, which requires administration rights for that organisation. It does not expose another person's private account records.

Choose a scope and operation type, enter search text or dates as available, and run the search. Use the page controls and page-size setting to review results. Open a record for the actor, operation, time, authorised resource details, and outcome that were retained.

Audit results contain limited request metadata, such as the operation, actor, organisation, time and HTTP result. Passwords and API key secrets are not a recovery source here. A missing record or an empty filter result does not establish that an action never happened.
