SymptomWhat to check
Account services are not available yetUse Contact us or Return to home. Account actions cannot continue from this website until the service is available. For a time-limited email link, contact support before its deadline.
No sites shownCheck organisation selection and clear search filters. Read whether the page says no sites, no access, or load failed. These are different conditions.
Access deniedConfirm your account and organisation. Ask an administrator to check membership and role. A bookmarked link does not retain access after removal. If a page says You do not have access to this page, your account is not permitted to open that link. Select Go to dashboard to return to your own pages.
Cannot switch organisationSave or cancel open forms, then retry. Reload organisation access if membership changed.
No inventoryCheck Connector installation, registered UUID and URL, key ownership, outbound HTTPS, and Drupal cron.
Key refusedCheck whether the key was rotated or revoked and whether the Connector uses the current key for this site.
Submission rate limitedWait until the next allowed submission time shown by the Connector. Repeated retries do not raise the plan limit.
Subscription inactiveAn administrator must resolve billing, then retry the submission.
Site billing approval requiredUse the offered card and scoped activation flow in an enabled test environment. If it is unavailable, keep the message and contact Support; repeated submissions do not establish approval.
Data received but results unknownCheck processing and assessment separately. Read coverage, age, and unknown-project reasons.
Report unavailableCheck plan status and report permission. Confirm the organisation and client filter.
Access refused with password_change_requiredYour password has expired. Sentinel opens Change your password; change it there or use Forgot password, then continue.
Too many attemptsStop retrying and wait. Check for an existing recovery or invitation email. A blocked resend does not replace the previous link. Contact support if access does not recover.
Invite email missingCheck Pending invitations and delivery state, then resend if needed. Check the recipient address and junk folder.
Session or provider callback failedReturn to Sign in and start the flow again. If the page offers Sign in again, select it to start a new sign-in. For invitation trouble, retain the invitation link and ask for a replacement if invalid.
Browser asks to resend a form when refreshingSelect Cancel. Enter the full dashboard page URL in the address bar and press Enter to open it again. Before repeating a save or payment, check the record to see whether it completed. If the prompt returns, contact Support with the page and time; do not include passwords, tokens or payment details.
Save failed or outcome unclearRead the error, refresh the relevant record to confirm its state, and retry only when needed.

For unresolved errors, use Contact. Include the page, organisation and site name, action, time, error text, and correlation ID if shown. Exclude passwords, recovery codes, API keys, and payment details.
