Select the Help button (a question-mark icon) in the top bar, then User guide under Learn in the Help panel. It opens this public website guide in a new tab, on every screen size. On a phone the button shows as an icon only. During organisation or first-site setup, use Help in the setup page footer. Contact remains a separate link to the public Contact page; to raise or follow a support ticket, use Support. You can also select Help in the website navigation or footer without signing in. The Help home page lists every topic. Each topic has its own page, and a long topic is split into a few pages. The links above the page heading show where you are: select Help there to go back to the list of topics. Use Contents beside the page to open another topic. On mobile, select Show contents to open the list and Hide contents to close it. Selecting a topic also closes the list on mobile. On desktop, the contents list stays visible. Previous and Next at the end of each page open the pages in order. An older link to a section of the single Help page still opens the page that now holds that section.
Enter words in Search help on any Help page to search every Help page. The results list each matching section with the page it is on and a short extract; select a result to open that section. Each search word must occur in the section text for it to match. Search uses the displayed text, including link labels; hidden link addresses and formatting marks are excluded. Try fewer words if there are no results. Clear the search to show the page again. When account services are available, links to sign-in, registration, and dashboard pages open the configured dashboard site. Otherwise, these links stay on the public website and show the availability message. Protected pages still require sign-in and the appropriate setup, membership, role, and plan.
If a table is wider than the screen, scroll it sideways. You can also use Tab to focus the table area, then use the arrow keys to scroll.
