Sentinel is in beta. It has not been broadly tested yet, so you may come across rough edges. Tell us about anything: a bug, a confusing screen, an improvement or a feature you would like. We usually release updates every week and try to act on feedback quickly. We cannot promise that every request will be built, and we cannot give a date for any request.
Every signed-in member sees the beta messages, whatever their role or plan. No permission is needed to send feedback.
Where you see the beta messages
- Beta badge: a Beta button sits next to the product name in the top bar. It is hidden on a phone. Select it to open a short note: "Sentinel is in beta. We usually release updates every week, and your feedback shapes what we build." Press Escape or select outside the note to close it.
- Beta notice: a notice under the top bar, headed Beta, feedback and releases, gives the full message. Select the close button (Close beta notice) to hide it. Once you close it, it stays closed for your account on every browser and device. It is not printed.
- Send feedback: the badge note and the notice each have a Send feedback link, and the Help panel has Send feedback. It opens a new support ticket with Feedback or idea already chosen as the Type.
Send feedback
- Select Send feedback in any of those places.
- Describe what you found or what you would like. Add the page or site if it helps.
- Send the ticket and follow it in Support.
The Send feedback links and the Send feedback row in the Help panel show only while Support tickets are switched on. If Support is not available yet, the badge note and notice still show, without the link. Use the public Contact page instead. See Support isn't available yet.
When the beta messages go away
When Sentinel leaves beta, the badge, notice and Send feedback links are removed. You can still raise a ticket from Support.
